Job summary

Sosa BPO is hiring a Material Handler / Forklift Operator in Houston, TX. The role offers $18.00 per hour on a Monday–Friday schedule, 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. You will load/unload, operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, and support shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of warehouse experience, are comfortable with RF scanners and ERP systems, and are committed to safety and accuracy in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and ERP inventory systems.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities; lift, carry and perform physical warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Handle shipping, receiving, palletizing, and staging operations.
• Read work orders and follow instructions to deliver materials to designated areas.
• Use RF scanners and ERP systems to track inventory and material movements.
• Count, weigh, label, and record inventory accurately.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Use basic hand tools when necessary to process shipments.
