Job summary

IFF in Hazlet, NJ is hiring a Material Handler for second shift (2:00pm–10:50pm). You will perform picking, weighing, and stock movement with a focus on accuracy and safety, using RF scanners and SAP for transactions.

Job Summary

Perform manual duties related to movement of products and materials; verify the physical accuracy of the shipping and receiving function. As Material Handler in our Warehouse you will complete all assigned work including picking stock in a safe accountable manner and ensures associated stock accuracy where applicable during the shift. If you have experience in warehouse and materials this is for you! This position is located in Hazlet, NJ - USA for second shift 2:00pm to 10:50Pm .

  • Accurately pick materials and weigh out batches according to production requirements
  • Locate and move stock safely while maintaining productivity, quality, and accountability
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and proper material handling throughout the shift
  • Perform RF scanner activities and complete SAP transactions correctly
  • Follow GMP, AIB, and ISO guidelines to support compliance and product integrity
  • Operate material handling equipment, including forklift trucks, in a safe manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or materials handling environment
  • Forklift truck license or certification
  • Working knowledge of computer systems and warehouse technology
  • Ability to accurately pick, weigh, and document materials

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
