Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate / Material Handler to support daily warehouse and production operations. You will pick and package materials, operate material handling equipment, and help maintain inventory accuracy to ensure timely delivery to the production line.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, is detail-oriented, and capable of lifting and moving materials in a fast-paced environment while working well with teammates

Qualifications

• Warehouse or stockroom experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift or willingness to obtain certification.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move materials in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick and package materials for work orders, back orders, and counter service requests
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure accurate placement and storage of incoming materials in designated locations
• Distribute materials to the production line as needed to support manufacturing operations
• Assist with cycle counting and inventory control activities in the stockroom
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Support special projects and additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking and packaging materials, operating material handling equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials are delivered to the production line efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
