Job summary

Dover-Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support material movement and inventory control at our facility. The role requires basic warehouse knowledge, forklift operation capability, and a reliable, safety‑minded approach in a fast‑paced environment.

You will help maintain accurate part IDs, adhere to quality procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement while working with both internal teams and suppliers. This is a fulltime, on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
  • Able to operate forklift and pass on-site certification.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all material movement in assigned areas.
  • Know the part identification system and revisions.
  • Follow quality procedures to ensure output quality.
  • Strive to improve departmental efficiencies and reduce costs.
  • Maintain inventory control systems and participate in ICE team.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and safe at all times.
  • Foster good relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Work overtime as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: High school graduate or equivalent

Experience: General knowledge of warehouse operations with at least 1yr of experience

An understanding of basic mathematic functions 6 months to 1 year forklift experience operating material handling equipment, such as Pallet Jacks and Stand-Up Reach Forklifts

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • It is preferred that individuals in this position have knowledge of plant layout, warehouse mapping, equipment applications, material requirements and good inventory control practices.
  • Able to pass forklift certification training on-site.
  • Demonstrate competency when using scales, compactors, shrink wrap and strapping machines, computers (both PC and RF) and other hand tools
  • Individuals should exhibit strong organizational skills
  • Possess intermediate written and oral English communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for assisting with all Material Movement in assigned areas.
  • Must be knowledgeable of the part identification system, specialty codes and part revisions
  • Complies with all quality assurance procedures and policies to ensure best quality product output
  • Strives to improve departmental efficiencies and reduce cost through continuous improvement
  • Must be knowledgeable of and comply with the Company's policies and procedures
  • Adheres to established inventory control systems and computer tracking along with the requirement of being a member of the Inventory department’s ICE team
  • Maintains a clean and safe warehouse and working environment
  • Fosters goodwill with all internal and external customers
  • Responsible for all Wilden manufactured, purchased and consignment material movement throughout the facility (in both XA system and physically)
  • Completes and maintains a variety of measurements, reports, records and documentation
  • Must manage picking location inventory for all Wilden manufactured, purchased and consignment material (non-consignment and consignment report, cycle counting, etc.)
  • Work overtime as required
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

Pay Range: USD 20.00 - 20.00 Hourly

This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
