Job summary

CSL USA Inc. is seeking a Material Handler in Franksville, WI to receive inventory, pack and ship orders, and support production scheduling with precise material staging.

You will handle shipments, maintain accurate batch records, and ensure safe, efficient material flow, contributing to timely production and superior customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of receiving experience
• 1–3 years of packing and shipping experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Responsibilities

• Receives, unpacks, examines, and routes incoming shipments; reports defective or damaged items; processes defective parts returned for replacement or credit.
• Loads and unloads goods from trucks manually or with hand trucks and/or forklift.
• Pulls, weighs, and delivers material from exact batch numbers for production with 100% accuracy.
• Employs inventory control methods to ensure accurate counts at all times.
• Records identifying product information into the company database.
• Manages all outbound shipments, including preparation of paperwork, packaging materials inventories, packaging, and arranging transportation with accuracy.

Reports to: Procurement & Logistics Manager

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

The Material Handler will support the organization by receiving all inventory, packing, and shipping orders and providing outstanding customer service.They are a key player in the production team by ensuring that all material is staged appropriately for use in the production schedule.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handles all materials in a safe and orderly manner according to product requirements and standard operating procedures within specified time periods independently.
• Unpacks, examines, and routes incoming shipments, rejects, and reports defective or damaged items, records shortages accurately. Receives and processes all defective parts returned for replacement or credit
• Load and unload goods from trucks manually and by use of hand trucks and/or forklift
• Pulls, weighs and delivers material from exact batch numbers for production with 100% accuracy.
• Employ inventory control methods to ensure accurate counts at all times
• Record identifying product information into company database
• Responsible for managing all outbound shipments, including preparation of paperwork, management of packaging materials inventories, packaging of product to be shipped, and arrangement of transportation to final destination with 100% accuracy
