FormFactor, Inc. in Farmers Branch, TX, seeks an entry-level Material Handler/Operative to receive and verify materials, move them between warehouse, cleanroom, and production areas, and support inventory and labeling tasks.

The role involves maintaining storage area organization, following ESD and contamination-control protocols, and contributing to continuous improvement while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of related experience in operations or technician roles.
• Operative/Technician roles will typically operate more complex machinery/processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and specs.
• Transport materials between warehouse, cleanroom, and production areas using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts).
• Perform inventory transactions in ERP systems to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Package and label materials according to internal procedures and industry standards.
• Support kitting and staging materials for production use.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, ensuring compliance with ESD and contamination control protocols.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Description
