The regular hours for this position are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 6:00am to 6:15pm.

Job Description

The Manufacturing Operator 1 is an entry-level role responsible for supporting daily production activities within the probe card manufacturing environment. This position performs a variety of hands‑on tasks to ensure high-quality products, smooth workflow, and continuous process optimization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Production & Process Execution: Perform manufacturing processes including assembly, testing, inspection, and basic troubleshooting of probe card components. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines to ensure consistent and reliable output.
• Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and calibrate manufacturing equipment under established guidelines. Conduct routine preventative maintenance to maintain equipment readiness and reduce downtime.
• Data Collection & Process Optimization: Collect, document, and interpret operating data to make real-time equipment adjustments that uphold quality and process standards. Support continuous improvement activities by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce defects.
• Collaboration & Technical Support: Work closely with engineering teams to run tests, experiments, and data-gathering activities that support new product development or process refinement. Assist in the training and coaching of fellow operators or technicians to promote teamwork, knowledge sharing, and technical growth.

Education & Experience

Pay Range

Required Pay Range: $17.05 - $22.37

Pay Range Explained: This role in Livermore, California pays between $17.05 and $22.37 per hour, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations.
