Atterro is hiring a Material Handler in Edison, NJ. The role involves receiving, moving, and preparing inventory for production or shipment, with focus on safety and accuracy.

You will use RF scanners, learn warehouse systems, and participate in forklift training after onboarding. This is a full‑time position with weekday daytime hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Experience using an RF scanner preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
• Must be willing and able to train on forklift operation.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn multiple warehouse functions.
• Steel-toed shoes required.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
• Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
• Use an RF scanner to scan and process incoming inventory.
• Enter and update inventory information using computer systems.
• Scan and process outgoing shipments.
• Pick, organize, and prepare inventory for shipment.
• Ship outgoing inventory accurately and on time.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
• Assist with general warehouse and inventory duties as needed.
• Learn and operate a forklift after completing company training.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

As a Material Handler you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.
