Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, 0-2 years related experience
• Intermediate communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic math and reading skills, strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in freezers with subzero temperatures for 4-8 hours daily
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours

Responsibilities

• Move materials and supplies through the facility, including unloading and loading frozen food products
• Use material handling equipment like carts, conveyor belts, and pallet jacks
• Stack pallets, clean, and dispose of scrap materials
• Place items in proper containers or designated areas
• Use tools such as hammers and crowbars for strapping and crate opening
• Count and document product quantities
• Complete paperwork and conduct material audits
• Perform general maintenance and other duties as assigned
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
