Job Summary

Responsible for shipping, receiving, salvage, storage, selection, and distribution of materials in an assigned area. Maintains inventory accuracy.

Essential Functions

• Handle shipping, receiving, salvage, storage, selection, and distribution of materials.
• Ensure inventory accuracy.
• Complete accurate paperwork.
• Assist with data input and general warehouse tasks.
• Report faulty operations or conditions.
• Use safety equipment and follow safety policies.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and organized.
• Promote 5S principles of order and cleanliness.
• Perform additional duties and cross-train as needed.

Job Qualifications

• Good math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Operate forklift and handling equipment.
• Knowledge of hazardous waste storage and handling regulations (training provided).
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Demands

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 70 lbs, bending, stooping, and working in various positions.
