Position Summary

This position is responsible for timely and cost-effective supply ordering, receipt and stocking of inventory, and shipping of SSO inventory. Responsible for maintaining materials/warehouse, and may also deliver material to technicians and/or job sites.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with issuing purchase orders for employees and vendors.
• Assist in processing order placement for technicians, clients, and vendors.
• Track warehouse inventory and stock, including quarterly counts.
• Drive and deliver parts as needed.
• Handle waste management, including electronic waste, equipment recycling, batteries, etc.
• Oversee incoming materials.
• Pull, package, and deliver customer orders with minimal supervision.
• Maintain shipping and receiving documents and other paperwork as needed.
• Complete branch inventory exchange forms.
• Respond to customer and employee requests via phone.
• Complete P.O. requisition forms.
• Create and maintain a systematic filing system for invoices and documents.
• Prepare work by gathering, sorting, and proofing documents.
• Assist with permits, submittals, and O&M's as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One to three years of experience in a similar role or administrative function; experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle if necessary.
• Attention to detail, high accuracy, and personal accountability.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and policies in English.
