Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a motivated Material Handler for our Chaska, MN location. The role supports warehouse, production, and distribution tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The pay rate is $23.50/hour for 1st shift.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, inventory checks, lifting up to 35 lbs, and operating forklifts as needed. Candidates should have prior assembly/manufacturing experience and be detail-oriented with ERP/SAP proficiency.

• Check goods received and for distribution against purchase orders/invoices; maintain records of shipments and inventory.
• Prepare, package, and ship products; post weights and shipping charges.
• Lift and carry heavy items (up to 35 lbs); operate forklifts as needed.
• Review customer orders, stock and distribute materials/products in warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing lines.
• Manage non-inventory items for business units, including moving, labeling, and updating holding lists.
• Oversee items allocated for scrap and coordinate with scrap suppliers.
• Handle special project storage and crating requests.
• Manage warehouse space allocation and storage requests.

Physical Demands and Work Conditions:

• Work in confined areas, clean rooms, and awkward positions, sometimes at heights

• Manual dexterity and ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 lbs required

• May require bending, stooping, crawling, climbing
