Job summary

Atterro is hiring a Material Handler in Cedar Hill, TX to move materials, support production, and keep inventory accurate. You will use RF scanners and a WMS to track stock and prepare orders.

Shifts are Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday, 6 AM–4:30 PM or 6 PM–4:30 AM, with pay from $17.00 to $18.30 per hour. This role rewards reliability, teamwork, and physical fitness in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Reliable and detail-oriented with good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials and supplies to production and packing areas to maintain workflow.
• Verify incoming shipments and store inventory correctly.
• Pick, pull, and stage orders based on pick lists.
• Restock production areas and organize items for packing.
• Pack and label outbound shipments according to spec.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to track inventory in real time.
• Build and secure pallets for shipping and loading.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

Job Duties

• Deliver materials, carts, and supplies to production and packing workstations to maintain continuous workflow in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and place inventory into correct storage locations.
• Pick, pull, and stage orders based on pick lists while ensuring accuracy in quantities and items.
• Restock production areas and organize items into bins or totes for efficient packing and order fulfillment.
• Pack, label, and prepare outbound shipments according to company standards and order specifications.
• Use handheld RF scanners and WMS systems to track inventory and maintain real-time stock accuracy.
• Build, stack, and secure pallets (including Gaylords) for shipping and truck loading.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Perform frequent physical activity, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to lift, bend, and move materials as required (up to 50 lbs.)
• Experience with pallet jacks, carts, or RF scanners is a plus
