Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with a one-year college/technical certificate.
• One month related experience and/or training.
• Strong reading comprehension of safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.
• Proficient with basic math and proportion calculations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Package standard assemblies and components per routing requirements.
• Provide shipping data for billing.
• Set up labels on bagging machine and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Assist with shipping tasks including processing orders.
• Set up uni-pack labels for Zebra machine and bag/tag.
• Support receiving clerk as needed.
• Accept vendor deliveries and sign for packages.
• Receiving and storing new product shipments.
• Cycle counting, picking, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Uphold Crissair safety policies and compliance standards.

Job description

The Supply Chain Utility Clerk position performs general warehouse work that may involve job responsibilities throughout the warehouse including packaging/shipping, helping in receiving, cycle counting, and picking kits for production. This position will interface with appropriate all departments in operations.

Compensation and Benefits Offered

Actual base salary offered to the selected applicant will be based on their work location, qualifications, job related skills, relevant education, and training experience.

Base hourly rate range Minimum $18.16 - Maximum $21.79

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping tasks to include processing orders.
• Set up uni-pack labels of Zebra machine and for bag and tag.
• Support receiving clerk as needed.
• Accept vendor deliveries and sign for packages.
• Receiving and storing new product shipments.
• Verify that Purchase Order receipts match packing slip and SKUs/Quantity in each box.
• Cycle counting/ picking/ inventory control functions.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Understands and upholds all Crissair safety policies and compliance standards.

Qualification Requirements

• Education/Experience
• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); and one year certificate from college or technical school
• One month related experience and/or training
• Language Skills
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write in simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
