Job summary

Sharp Services, LLC in Bethlehem is seeking a Material Handler to stage materials for Production, packaging, labeling and assembly, using SAP for inventory transactions. You will maintain Drug Storage and Staging areas in line with SOPs and cGMPs, and prepare materials for Job Orders.

You will ensure accuracy of inventory labels, complete related paperwork, and participate in regular meetings while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

He/she manages the Drug Storage inventory of bulk and in-process materials, utilizing SAP to perform inventory related transactions, including production issuance and material transfer activities.# # **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** Set up inventory records for drug products, packaging components and materials upon reconciliation. Maintain inventory records of Bulk, In-process and Finished Goods. Review accountability of drug products, components and materials used for inventory record. Assure In-process labels, reject and pallet load tags are completed correctly. Assure inventory labels are accurate with inventory records and complete. Prepare Materials Request Form from Working Packaging Instructions. Pull and assembles materials required for Job Order and delivers to staging or packaging area. Enter data for Inventory Reports for Finance Department within specified time. Maintain Drug Storage and Staging areas in state of compliance with SOPs and cGMPs. Notify Materials Manager of any non-compliance issues. Notify Maintenance Supervisor of any repairs required. Prepare and maintains drug products, component and material inventories for product life cycle within Company. Adhere to set safety standards. Participate actively in regular meetings. Achieve expected performance measures Other duties as assigned.
