Job description

NOW HIRING IMMEDIATELY for a Material Handler in Ayer, MA

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Saturday required if needed)

Time: 7:30 am-4:00 pm

Pay rate: $21.00

Essential Job Functions:

• Load and unload pallets from trailers.
• Receive, count, tag, and distribute the product, and verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries
• Kit, pre-stage, and document all raw materials for daily production use
• Review all load plans for accuracy and truck position
• Maintain inventory and assist in inventory cycle counts
• Track and update inventory transaction data in the ERP (Oracle) system
• Provide QC samples on all raw materials for daily production use
• Log and maintain relevant documents
• Maintain assigned area clean and organized
• Adheres to all safety and GMP policies
• Other duties or projects as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills

• Able to operate a forklift/fork truck

• Must have basic computer skills

• Must have basic math skills

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
