Marathon Staffing is hiring for production, assembly, and packing roles in Townsend, MA. We’re seeking energetic teammates to help ensure accurate and timely production and shipment of goods, with on-the-job training provided.

No experience is required; training is provided, and this is a direct path into manufacturing, shipping, and logistics. Expect 12-hour shifts, steady attendance bonuses, and weekly pay with benefits.

• Pack / Package product according to provided instructions
• Lifting and moving products in a warehouse environment

Please note - Team members must be able to commute to Townsend, MA. Pay rates displayed include the earned attendance bonus and are also dependent on shift. Must be able to stand for long periods. Shifts are 12 hours.
