We are currently looking for a Material Handler onsite at our Warehouse facility in Austin, TX. Candidates will be responsible for performing the physical and administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, and storing of return material.

Responsibilities include verifying incoming inventory for proper labeling and count, coordinating and processing RMA material, recording condition, weights, and dimensions, verifying received material against purchase orders or invoices, maintaining records of return materials, managing outbound shipments, packaging, and crating if needed. The role also involves reconciling part movements and material transactions, providing findings or reports as required, and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving in a logistics/warehouse environment
• Data entry experience, preferably in Excel
• Inventory tracking and auditing skills
