Job summary

Elite Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler for 2nd shift in Atlanta, GA. You will inspect, sort, and stack mailbags and handle MTEs per department procedures. Responsibilities include identifying mailbag conditions and adhering to pallet standards to ensure efficient workflow.

Regular duties include processing MTESS transactions, following safety rules, and supporting rework orders. This is a long-term, full-time role with weekly pay and production bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of Material Handler/Warehouse experience.
• 2 Years of working a production-based position.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, sort and stack mailbags.
• Identify Mail Transport Equipment (MTE) in the Processing Department.
• Identify and segregate Serviceable, Defective, or Condemned mailbags.
• Adhere to Pallet Stacking Criteria and Standards.
• Place condemned mailbags into designated receptacles.
• Comply with Rework Orders.
• Perform MTESS transactions as required.
• Observe safe practices and housekeeping.
• Identify and properly handle Found Mail.

Essential Job Functions:

• Identify “Serviceable,” “Defective,” or “Condemned” mailbags and segregate each by classification.
• Adhere to all Pallet Stacking Criteria and Standards.
• Place condemned mailbags into the designated receptacles.
• Comply with Rework Orders.
• Perform Mail Transport Equipment Support System (MTESS) transactions as required.
• Observe safe practice rules (including housekeeping) as well as instructions relating to the efficient performance of their work.
• Identify and properly handle Found Mail.

Requirements:

• 2 Years of Material Handler/Warehouse
• 2 Years of working a production based position

We are looking for team members with ENDURANCE, SPEED, and MOTIVATION.

2nd shift: 3:00p.m. TO 11:30 p.m.

$22.93/hr

Monday-Friday and mandatory on Saturday when is needed it
