Qualifications

• Problem-solving ability and on-the-spot decision making.
• Minimum 6 months forklift/reach truck experience.
• Scanner usage and SAP warehouse handling experience.
• Picking and packing from picking lists, UPS package preparation.
• Experience with high-speed production lines beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of materials into and out of multiple departments within Production and Warehouse (60%).
• Pick and stage materials for production; accurately scan, return, and load products in designated racks, ensuring all counts are correct for raw and finished goods (60%).
• Serve as a back-up packer on production lines, setting up autofill and manual filling assignments for production (35%).
• Load and unload trucks onto docks (5%).
• Support the team by performing other assigned duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
