Job summary

Custom Truck One Source in Elk Point, SD is seeking a Material Handler to move materials between warehouses and production areas, ensure timely kit delivery, and maintain clear communication across teams to meet daily production demands.

The role requires a High School diploma, forklift experience, proficiency with warehouse software and MS Office, and a valid driver’s license. This on-site position involves standing, lifting up to 100 lbs, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Understanding of warehouse software and MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of warehousing and production fundamentals.
• Ability to retrieve, analyze, and input data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven experience in coordinating and directing operations.
• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Management to understand Daily Line Demand.
• Validate contents of kits and expedite needs across production lines.
• Procure and replace missing parts to avoid shortages and downtime.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and warehouse to meet production needs.
• Track and reconcile missing parts in station occurrences.
• Ensure on-time kit delivery to build stations and lines.
• Record damages and initiate disposition procedures for materials.
• Communicate inaccuracies to leadership promptly.
• Be prepared for overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Other duties as assigned.
