Job summary

PIM Brands is seeking a Trucker to ensure the safe, efficient movement of materials and finished goods across a high-speed confectionery facility in New Jersey. You will support multiple production lines, stage inventories, and coordinate comings-and-goings of materials with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring forklift experience, attention to detail, and the ability to read production schedules in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED required and demonstrated reliability in fast-paced settings.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and powered industrial vehicles.
• Ability to obtain and maintain powered equipment certification.
• Fluent in English with ability to read schedules and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport raw materials, ingredients, molds, and finished goods to support production.
• Maintain continuous and efficient material flow to assigned production areas.
• Stage materials per production schedules and standard procedures.
• Coordinate material movements for line startups, changeovers, and shutdowns.
• Perform pre-operational inspections and ensure equipment safety.
