Job summary

Aditi Consulting seeks a qualified Material Coordinator in Dubuque, IA to oversee procurement, expediting, production and timely delivery of materials for manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to identify gaps in material availability, support operators with shortages, audit materials for accuracy, and drive deviations management and engineering change outputs to sustain uninterrupted production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply management, business management, IT or engineering, or 2–3 years of related experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-team work.
• Experience analyzing information to support data-driven decisions.
• Experience in supply management or manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement, expediting, production, and timely delivery of materials for production departments.
• Collaborate with teams to identify gaps in material availability and propose solutions.
• Support operators by locating and resolving material shortages.
• Audit materials for accuracy and resolve inventory errors.
• Expedite parts to prevent production interruptions and manage shortages reports.
• Implement outputs from engineering release and change management processes.
• Manage deviations and adjustments.
