Torrey Holistics in Strongsville, OH, is seeking a Material Flow Coordinator to support on-site manufacturing logistics. You will review work orders, move parts with forklifts, and stage materials for production, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You’ll log inventory movements with basic data entry, measure materials with tape measures, and help keep the production area clean and compliant with safety standards. The role offers full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehousing or material handling in a manufacturing environment.
• Valid tow-motor (forklift) license preferred.
• Experience with overhead crane operation is a major plus.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.
• Works well independently and on a team.

Responsibilities

• Transport and stage parts between departments safely and efficiently.
• Load/unload materials using tow-motors (forklifts) and pallet jacks.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries to production areas.
• Complete basic data entry to maintain precise inventory records.
• Read work orders and follow handling instructions.
• Measure materials accurately with tape measures and other tools.
• Keep work areas clean and follow safety/housekeeping standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Coordinate material movement with teammates and supervisors.

With a tow-motor (forklift) and pallet jack at the ready, you navigate between departments to stage, transport, and deliver the right components at the right time. You verify counts, log moves with quick data entry, and use a tape measure to confirm specifications.
