Job summary

Goodwill Main Plant-GWIMP in Miami, FL is seeking a full-time production worker. You will move work between workstations, ensure a steady flow of materials, and restock supplies to keep operations smooth on the line.

No formal education is required; a minimum of six months of related experience or training is expected. Basic English communication is preferred but not required, and workers must stand for long periods in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematics, reading, and writing skills are required.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred but not required.
• At least six (6) months of related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Moves work in process from workstation to workstation.
• Supplies enough work components and materials to each workstation.
• Procures necessary supplies and components from stock and distributes them.
• Ensures that each operator has an adequate amount of work and no downtime due to lack of work.
• Fills in for the production supervisor during short absences.
• All other duties as assigned.
