AVT Simulation, Orlando-based, seeks a Material Finisher to complete post-machining operations on CNC-routed parts. You will remove parts, deburr, finish surfaces, and coordinate with Quality Control to meet drawings and specs.
You will set up CNC routers for the next batch, verify machine parameters, and assist operators with material and tooling changes while upholding safety and documentation standards.
The Material Finisher is responsible for completing post-machining operations on CNC-routed parts to ensure finished components meet quality and production requirements. This position removes completed parts from CNC routers, performs deburring and finishing operations, coordinates inspection with Quality Control, and prepares CNC equipment for the next production run. This position works in a manufacturing environment with exposure to CNC machinery, production equipment, noise, and machining processes. The employee must follow all safety requirements and use appropriate personal protective equipment while performing assigned duties.
