Job summary

Butler America Aerospace L.L.C. is seeking a Material Expeditor for the 2nd shift in Oldsmar, FL. The role is to expedite, route, and dispatch materials according to production schedules and to monitor shortages.

The ideal candidate can train on the 1st shift and transition to the 2nd shift, with strong computer skills to manage scheduling and reporting. Benefits include a 401K, medical, dental, and vision coverages.

Responsibilities

• Expedites, routes, and dispatches material and parts per production schedules.
• Reviews master production schedule for shortages and alerts authorities of issues.
• Generates progress reports on schedule status and keeps records of completed orders.
• Expedites materials such as damaged material or in-house transportation and reports on completion dates.

Pay Range: $20-24

Expedites, routes, and dispatches material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments. Reviews master production schedule to determine possible and actual shortages and alerts proper authorities of potential problems. Generates progress reports on schedule status and keeps records of completed orders. Takes appropriate action to expedite materials such as order damaged material repaired or in-house material transportation. Reports on completion dates, material changes or substitutions, shortages, and schedule modifications.

Second Shift Position (3:30 pm - 2:00 am)

Candidate must be able to train on 1st shift and transfer to 2nd shift.

Candidate must have ability to work on computer skills.
