Job summary

Donatech Corporation is seeking a candidate to coordinate material flow and scheduling for production. This role requires urgent expediting, routing, and dispatching of parts to meet commitments and delivery dates.

The ideal candidate reviews production schedules, identifies shortages, and communicates issues to management. Duties include generating progress reports and taking corrective actions to expedite materials and coordinate internal transportation.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident required.
• Experience in material expediting and shipment coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expedites, routes, and dispatches material and parts according to production schedules.
• Reviews master production schedule to identify shortages and alerts authorities of potential problems.
• Generates progress reports on schedule status and maintains records of completed orders.
• Takes action to expedite materials, including repairing damaged material or arranging in-house transportation.
• Reports on completion dates, material changes or substitutions, shortages, and schedule modifications.
