Job summary

Reading Truck is seeking a Cycle Counter to verify quantities and descriptions of products and materials received, shipped, or moved across the facility.

You will scan receipts, investigate discrepancies, adjust inventory records, and support the PFEP with the Materials team. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work overtime and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Willing to work overtime and varied shift assignments including Saturdays.
• Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Possess good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Scan receipts, issues to lines, returns, and bar code locations.
• Verify the count of quantities and descriptions of products and materials received, shipped, or moved throughout the facility.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
• Follow up on all Min/Max violations reported.
• Adjust inventory records after verification.
• Assist Materials Supervisor and Manager with maintaining PFEP.
• Lead / Train Teams for Annual Physical Inventory.

Required Credentials
