Reading Truck Group is seeking a Cycle Counter at our Reading, PA facility to verify quantities and descriptions of products and materials as they move through the plant. You will scan receipts, update counts, investigate discrepancies, and support the Materials Supervisor while leading annual physical inventories.

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Overtime and varied shifts, including Saturdays, may be required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and varied shift assignments as required including Saturdays when needed.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure (if applicable)

Responsabilidades

• Verify counts of quantities and descriptions of products and materials received, shipped, or moved throughout the facility.
• Scan receipts, issues to lines, returns, and bar code locations.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
• Follow up on all Min/Max violations reported.
• Adjust inventory records after verification.
• Assist Materials Supervisor and Manager with maintaining PFEP.
• Lead / Train Teams for Annual Physical Inventory.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Investigate and Report Inventory Discrepancies
• Follow up on all Min/Max Violations Reported
• Adjust Inventory Records after Verification
• Assist Materials Supervisor and Manager with maintaining PFEP
• Lead / Train Teams for Annual Physical Inventory

Required Credentials

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Willing to work overtime and varied shift assignments as required including Saturdays when needed
• Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Possess good communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure (if applicable)
