Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 yr experience in operating Pathfinder or similar cutting machine preferred.
• Good eye for detail is required.
• Able to lay out patterns compared to swatch.
• Inspect products or materials for damage, defects or shortages.
• Cut or trim fabric or leather.
• Digitize leather.
• Recognize characteristics of cloth or fabric.
• Lift up to 50 lbs maximum and up to 20 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Carry out material cutting and trimming tasks.
• Operate Pathfinder or similar cutting machine.
• Lay out patterns and compare to swatches.
• Inspect for damage, defects or shortages and report findings.
• Digitize leather as needed and recognize fabric characteristics.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as required by assignments.
