Qualifications

• SAP proficiency required; all transactions must follow internal procedures.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to operate a computer and learn specialized programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage material flow to production lines as directed.
• Pull and place material for production as required.
• Record SAP transactions for material accuracy using barcode scanner.
• Move QA Hold material from lines to QA locations.
• Pull and package material for suppliers and coordinate with receiving clerks.
• Rotate stock and organize storage for efficient retrieval.
• Assist shipping/receiving as needed to support production.
• Maintain a clean, safe, compliant work area.
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and pallet jacks as needed.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to manage inventory.

Job Description: Material Coordinator - Weekend

How you'll make an impact:

• Responsible for material flow to all production lines as directed.
• Material for production to be pulled and placed as required.
• Make all SAP transactions to account for material accuracy (using barcode scanner).
• Move QA Hold material from production lines to QA assigned locations.
• Pull and package material being sent to suppliers.
• Coordinate and communicate with receiving clerks to provide the manufacturing areas with requested materials - support receiving as needed.
• Rotate stock as required.
• Organize stock for efficient retrieval and placement.
• Assist Shipping/Receiving as needed.
• Continuous training on new equipment or processes within job scope and based upon additional assignments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, and pallet jacks to move materials.
• Manager inventory by conducting cycle counts and inventory audits.
