The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, has 1–3 years in manufacturing or warehouse environments, and is proficient with ERP systems.
Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Material Coordinator to support our manufacturing and warehouse operations in out Newport, DE site. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of support duties including packaging of HPLC columns, in-process quality checks, and core warehouse functions such as kitting, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
Supply kits to Production according to priority as dictated by weekly schedule. Support Production with other needs such as re-kits and making sure hoods have ample work. Execute required system transactions and backflushes, maintaining accurate records. Support general warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, packaging and cycle counting. Handle materials physically and administratively related to receiving, storing, and distributing parts, supplies, and equipment. Participate in manufacturing support activities such as assembling, filling, measuring, mixing, and basic product testing. Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods to meet quality standards. Maintain proper documentation and records according to company procedures. Package HPLC columns with precision and care, ensuring compliance with product standards. Adhere to safety and quality protocols in all areas of work. Other tasks as requested by management.
40-hour work week; Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM - 2:30 PM EST.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification is a plus. 1–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling environment. Experience with ERP systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be computer literate, i.e. Microsoft Office. SAP experience is a plus.
This job has a full time weekly schedule. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least September 8, 2026 or until the job is no longer posted. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $22.42 - $35.04/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
