Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Material Coordinator in Hines, Illinois to coordinate and expedite the flow of material, parts, and assemblies in line with production schedules. This role requires operating variety of warehouse equipment and strong teamwork.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of related experience, and the ability to pass a background check. Onsite work with potential for growth and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of related experience.
• Experience operating warehouse material handling equipment (MHE).
• Candidates must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check and be a US Person.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules and coordinate material needed or overdue according to priorities.
• Monitor movement of material and parts, maintain records and relocate materials between departments as needed.
• Perform physical tasks in distribution areas, including long periods of standing, walking and reaching.
