Job summary

Conxall, located in Villa Park, IL, is seeking a Material Control & Team Lead to oversee receipt, storage, accuracy, and movement of materials and finished goods. The role includes cycle counting, coordinating domestic and international shipments, supporting order fulfillment, and daily leadership of Material Control staff. Shift: M - F 7 am - 3:30pm.

Pay: $19.54/hour. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain precise inventory records while driving

• Handle incoming material and finished goods receipts and storage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organized storage locations.
• Conduct daily inventory cycle counts to verify stock accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare and coordinate shipments for domestic and international customers.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to coordinate shipments and address material shortages.
• Print and distribute pick lists for order fulfillment personnel.
• Maintain shipping and inventory documentation.
• Provide daily direction and support to Material Control personnel.

The Material Control & Team Lead is responsible for the receipt, storage, accuracy, and movement of materials and finished goods. This position ensures inventory accuracy through cycle counting, coordinates domestic and international shipments, supports order fulfillment activities, and provides daily leadership to Material Control personnel.

Location: Villa Park, IL

Shift: M - F 7 am - 3:30pm
