kdc/one is seeking a hands-on Material Control Supervisor in Groveport, OH. You will lead the Material Control team, organize workflow, and ensure inventory accuracy while meeting production goals and compliance standards.

You will drive continuous improvements, oversee material flow from receiving to shipping, and apply GMP/OSHA/FDA SOPs. A supervisory background and SAP experience are highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years of warehouse/materials experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
• Experience using SAP strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA GMPs, safety standards, and inventory controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the Material Control team to meet production and service goals.
• Manage material flow from receiving through production and shipping.
• Troubleshoot issues affecting inventory, shipping, and production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiency.
• Monitor safety and compliance procedures (GMP, OSHA, FDA, SOPs).
• Lead and/or participate in inventory audits, investigations, and training.
• Use SAP to ensure inventory accuracy and systems integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.

What You’ll Do:

As a Material Control Supervisor, you’ll be the primary leader for your shift, organizing, motivating, and developing the Material Control team to meet production and service goals while maintaining compliance, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading, coaching, and empowering your team for success
• Managing material flow from receiving through production and shipping
• Problem‑solving issues affecting inventory, shipping, and production

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years of experience in warehouse/materials environments (personal care, pharma, or food industry ideal)
• 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse setting
• Experience using SAP strongly preferred
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
• Confidence managing time, priorities, and people in a fast‑paced environment
• Solid knowledge of FDA GMPs, safety standards, and inventory controls
