Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant security, NMC&A or operations experience.
• Master’s degree and additional NMC&A experience are preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, documentation, and implementation of programs dedicated to the protection and control of Special Nuclear Materials (SNM).
• Serve as the material control SME and coordinate security interfaces and corrective actions to safeguard high-consequence assets.
• Integrate MBA custodians into production processes for real-time oversight and ensure alignment with federal guidelines.
• Provide authoritative direction for protection and control of accountable nuclear materials across the site.
• Collaborate with protective forces, facility management, and security operations to maintain an integrated security posture.
