Leidos Defense Systems in Huntsville, Alabama seeks a Material Control Analyst to join our Platform Integration team. You will manage incoming hardware, control inventory, label receipts, and coordinate with Production Control Planners to support defense programs.

Process incoming hardware and raw material for Inventory.
Create labeling to identify material receipts.
Perform inventory control tasks within DELTEK Costpoint management system.
Process incoming and outgoing subcontract materials and assemblies.
Communicate and coordinate with Production Control Planners.
Move materials between an Inventory Management Warehouse and Production Floor using a fork-lift or pallet jack.
Maintain an Inventory Bin System to store materials.
High School diploma/GED with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Experience working in the Manufacturing industry or relevant Inventory experience.
Candidate must be able to routinely lift objects up to 35-45 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance OR meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
Inventory Control with knowledge of Hazmat and Shipping/Receiving functions.
The preferred candidate will have 2 years of applicable working experience working in the Manufacturing industry or relevant Inventory experience.
Experience using DELTEK Costpoint, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft office Suite (Word, Excel, and Microsoft outlook).

Pay Range $41,600.00 - $75,200.00
