NetJets Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Material Component Supervisor to manage the component expediting process and repair orders for NetJets owned components in Dallas, TX. The role acts as the SME for Core returns, unused parts, rentals, warranties, scrap and part history.

The candidate should have 6–8 years in logistics or supply chain, a business/ logistics degree, and strong Excel skills to analyze core fees and PO/WO data. Excellent communication with OEMs and leadership is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all component expediting functions
• Serve as escalation path for Regional Component Expeditor issues
• Create and manage Repair Orders for NetJets owned components
• Manage and authorize stock corrections
• Analyze the Core Tracker Report
• Assist with processing Cores and Unused Returns
• Assist with warranty parts processing
• Provide weekly Core return updates to leadership
• Meet with OEMs weekly and provide updates on outstanding Cores
• Review and assist with the scrap process
• Coordinate with Warranty Finance to reduce lost warranties
• Advise Material Planners and Manager for Material Planning and Component Repair

Purpose of Position

The Material Component Supervisor is responsible for managing the component expediting process and assisting Regional Component Expeditors with the return of all Cores and unused parts. They manage repair orders for all NetJets owned components. The Material Component Supervisor is the subject matter expert in Core returns, unused parts return, repair orders, rentals, warranties, scrap, and part history.

**Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of one of the following NetJets locations:

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage all component expediting functions.
• Serve as the escalation path for Regional Component Expeditor issues
• Utilize ERP systems to gain visibility of Purchase Orders, Repair Orders, and Work Order information
• Create and manage Repair Orders for NetJets owned components
• Manage and authorize stock corrections
• Analyze the consolidated Core Tracker Report
• Assist Regional Component Expeditors with processing Cores and Unused Returns
• Assist Regional Component Expeditors with processing parts covered under warranty
• Analyze Core Fees weekly and submit disputes when required
• Provide weekly Core return updates to leadership
• Meet with OEMs weekly and provide updates on outstanding Cores
• Review and assist with the scrap process
• Coordinate with Warranty Finance to reduce lost warranties
• Advise and assist Material Planners
• Advise and assist the Manager for Material Planning and Component Repair
