What You'll Do:

  • Personalized Patient Care: Use your specialized knowledge to provide individualized care to your patients, making sure they receive the best treatment and education.
  • Perform Procedures: Provide treatments and perform medical procedures as needed to support patients in their care journey.
  • Patient Assessments & Interventions: Conduct thorough assessments and make interventions that improve patient outcomes. Work closely with the healthcare team to utilize all available resources.
  • Educator Extraordinaire: Lead education programs for patients, their families, and nursing staff, helping everyone feel informed, supported, and empowered.

What You Need to Bring:

  • Education: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or an equivalent combination of ADN and relevant experience).
  • Licensure: Active RN license in the State of Missouri.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a related nursing area, bringing your skills to the forefront.
  • Certifications: Current BCLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
