Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Matching Analyst for a financial services client. This 100% remote contract role lasts 6+ months and pays $17-$20 per hour.

You will research, reconcile, and match trades for approvals, and provide administrative support as needed. Strong data entry, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential.

Experience with Smartsheet is preferred; flexibility and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry, reconciliation, and matching experience within Financial Services.
• Experience updating and tracking records in workflow tools (Smartsheet experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify exceptions and discrepancies.
