Job summary

Ocha Matcha is opening a new store in Daly City and is hiring a Matcha Barista / Crew Member. You will greet guests, take orders on the POS, and prepare drinks and soft serve according to our recipes. Training is provided and you’ll work with a welcoming team in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers 20+ hours weekly with day, evening, and weekend shifts, plus growth opportunities as more stores open. Prior café or food service experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Available for paid training Oct 14–17.
• Available at least 20 hours a week, including weekends.
• California Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire (we pay for it).
• Café, boba or food service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders on the POS.
• Prepare matcha drinks, tea drinks, and soft serve by recipe.
• Prep ingredients per prep guides and keep station clean.
• Follow opening/closing routines and hand off to next shift.
