Job summary

World Relief in Austin is seeking a Match Grant Program Specialist to deliver employment and self-sufficiency services to refugees and other eligible clients. The role provides case management, job readiness, resumes, interviews, and job placement, with transportation support and ongoing employer liaison.

Hybrid work arrangement, 3 days in office and 2 remote, offering collaboration with partners while empowering clients toward economic self-sufficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering employment services to clients, with emphasis on refugees or vulnerable populations.
• Ability to assess client needs, develop service plans, and monitor progress.
• Strong communication and collaboration with employers and service partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing case management to Match Grant clients throughout the program period.
• Support job readiness, job searches, applications, resumes, and interview prep.
• Assist with employment placement, retention, and career advancement.
• Maintain regular client contact via home visits, calls, and office meetings.
• Develop relationships with employers and community partners to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with World Relief programs and social services for client needs.
• Ensure accurate case notes and documentation compliant with program requirements.
• Provide transportation support for interviews and initial employment days.
