Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller for the 2nd shift in Montgomery, AL. You will inspect cleaned mats, operate the rolling machine, and keep the work area clean while ensuring timely delivery to customers.

The role emphasizes accuracy, pace, and adherence to safety and attendance policies, with opportunities for performance-based advancement within the Rental division.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Requires standing for most of shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats and place into the rolling machine for processing.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and sorting/placing rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery.
• Meet or exceed the standard for quantity and quality of work.
