Job summary

Vestis in Madison, WI is seeking an entry-level warehouse associate to handle mats in a fast-paced laundry facility. You will roll, sort, and stage mats, verify sizes and colors, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires ability to work on a fixed 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM shift, weekends possible, and willingness to lift and move heavy carts. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand training, written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Roll mats by machine or by hand on inverted table, or stack on pallet.
• Stage cages of mats near table or into lift table if using mat rolling machine.
• Place mats rubber side up for rolling; use foot pedal to operate machine as needed.
• Monitor quality and segregate mats with stains, tears, or wet conditions.
• Verify mats by size, color, and type; place on correct shelves.
• Move full/empty carts as needed and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
