Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Mat Puller Press to remove coversheets and pull mats from molds after the hot press. Responsibilities include applying date code and property emboss, inspecting platens and molds, and ensuring mats meet manufacturing standards and customer requirements.

This is a full-time production position at our Suwanee, GA facility. Applicants must have good dexterity, strong communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment; lifting 20+ lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Good dexterity required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Team environment experience.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing lines.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift and maneuver 20+ lb items.

Responsibilities

• Prepare date code embosses daily.
• Remove coversheets from mats and take to mat builders/QC; handle Teflon sheets per requirements.
• Pull mats from molds to prevent sticking; ensure mats are flat or neatly folded.
• Place new date code emboss at start of shift; remove old ones.
• Place property emboss on molds per customer requirements.
• Inspect mats during pulling and inform CEO for any defects.
• Communicate to the CEO any issues related to product or hot press; report robot issues and blade concerns as applicable.
• Ensure all molds are clean and in good condition; mark damaged ones.
• Keep the work area neat and clean.
