Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Mat Pilates teaching experience in a group setting.
• Experience leading groups of 12 or more participants confidently.
• Ability to motivate and connect with clients across fitness levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging Mat Pilates classes tailored to diverse participants.
• Provide clear cues, modifications, and hands-on corrections as needed.
• Maintain a clean studio and properly store equipment after classes.
• Promote classes and programs to attract new clients and boost retention.
• Foster a welcoming, professional environment aligned with studio values.
