YMCA of San Diego County seeks a Mat Pilates Instructor to lead classes at the Oceanside location. You will greet members, guide safe, effective workouts, and foster a supportive class environment.
Expect to cover evening sessions from Monday to Thursday (4:30pm or 5:30pm) and a Saturday 9:30am class, with emphasis on safety, technique, and member engagement. Qualifications include a nationally accredited Mat Pilates certification and CPR/AED First Aid within 30 days of hire; prior Pilates
The Mat Pilates Instructor is responsible for building positive relationships among members, participants, volunteers, and staff by actively greeting and providing excellent customer service, guidance, and leadership. The Instructor creates and leads Mat Pilates exercise classes in a safe, effective, and timely manner, appropriate to the level of the participants in class, to enhance physical, mental, and spiritual health.
