Job summary

The South Suburban Park and Recreation District is seeking a part-time Pilates Floor Instructor to design, implement and lead Mat Pilates classes for recreation center participants of varied fitness levels in Centennial, CO.

You will hold a current Group Fitness Certification or Mat Pilates certification, bring instruction experience, and promote safe, engaging workouts. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for training and advancement within our district.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Group Fitness Certification or Mat Pilates certification.
• Will have prior experience in instruction of specific specialty.
• First Aid certification is preferred.
• Has an understanding and knowledge of exercise science, nutrition and wellness to promote fitness and educate participants.
• Ability to communicate effectively to establish and maintain working relationships with employees and the public.
• Will have knowledge of the principals and practices of fitness programming.

• Design, implement and lead safe, effective Mat Pilates classes for recreation center participants of various fitness levels.
• Promote engaging and enjoyable workouts.
• Maintain professional standards and safety during all sessions.
