UFC Gym - Downtown Pittsburgh is looking for an energetic Mat Pilates Instructor to lead core-strengthening classes and enhance our members' fitness experiences. You will be responsible for planning and delivering safe, structured classes that cater to all fitness levels while motivating participants through engaging instruction.

Ideal candidates should have a strong background in exercise science, relevant certifications, and a passion for fostering community engagement. This role offers flexible scheduling and various employee benefits including discounts and free membership access.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and kinesiology related to Pilates.
• Ability to motivate and connect with a diverse membership base.
• Previous experience in group fitness instruction, specifically Mat Pilates.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured Mat Pilates classes focusing on safety and effectiveness.
• Educate participants on proper form and modifications.
• Foster a positive and inclusive class environment.
• Act as a brand ambassador for gym programs and events.
